How an order works

    Browse the shops that deliver to your address and put an order together.

    A captain accepts it

    The order is offered to nearby captains. One accepts it and collects it from the shop.

    Pay when it arrives

    Follow the captain on the map until they reach you, then pay cash at the door.

For captains

Deliveries offered, never forced.

You are offered a delivery and you choose whether to take it. Directions to the shop and to the customer, and a share of the delivery fee on every order you carry.

The captain app: a route drawn on the map from the shop to the customer, the stages accepted, pickup and dropoff, and the payout for the delivery.

For shops

Take orders without changing how you work.

A queue of orders to accept and prepare, your own catalogue and prices, and a clear record of what you are owed and when it was settled.
